Meet Joseph Lozano

At 15th and Federal is Donald Gensler's mural of two people hugging. After I finished my interview with Jonathon, I noticed Joseph high on a lift griding the huge blue wall almost three stories above my head. I yelled up for him to come down which he did with a broad grin on his face. We moved into the shade for our interview.
